00:23They need to change the dynamic. They really do. They need to change sort of the status quo right now.
00:28I think the the what the American team is realizing that the Russians are not interested in ending the war anytime soon.
00:35And they still think they're going to get a better deal on the battlefield than they are at the table.
00:40And until that calculation changes, I don't see much possibility for success.
00:46Clearly, it's not impossible, but it's very difficult to cut a deal with somebody when they don't want to cut a deal.
