00:00I keep having this issue where every time I get close something happens that doesn't flow and I lose my temper and I lose a sense of self.
00:12I'm wondering why this keeps happening no matter how much I push my consciousness or my ideas of self away, it just comes back and haunts me.
00:24A simple solution is to decide I don't want to hurt anybody through my thoughts or speech or action.
00:34When something happens, then do pratikamona.
00:40Inside that person is a pure soul, ask forgiveness from that pure soul and decide I don't want to do such mistake again.
00:52So when you come in contact with any person and some anger or something that person may hurt, then do pratikamona for that.

01:07We don't want to say that person personally but inside our mind we will do pratikamona.
01:14I feel very sorry for this, please forgive me, please give me strength not to do such mistake again.
01:20Every day and night before sleep, sit down for 10-15 minutes, find out to whom I hurt by speech or by anger or pride or greed or anything.
01:33But somebody may hurt, then we will do pratikamona for that, we will ask forgiveness for that.
01:40Slowly, slowly you will experience that your anger or that hatred, anything that will dissolve slowly.
