The mother of teenage motorcyclist Harry Dunn has blamed the Foreign Office for giving her “no other option but to start a campaign for justice”, describing its handling of the case as “unforgivable”.Speaking to the Press Association, Charlotte Charles said the conclusions of an independent review, which found her son’s death was not immediately raised at the highest levels despite issues over diplomatic immunity, made her feel “like Harry didn’t matter”.
