04:25just came out but like working on new stuff like do you think we'll get another single from this album or have you already started
04:30on next project honestly before the deluxe was even out i was already working
04:35on the next project that's kind of how i do it i'm just i want to make sure because this
04:40job comes with a lot of different parts of it i want to make sure that i'm all
04:45always keeping the writing the songwriting at the forefront so no matter what
04:50i put co-writes in there and try to just have time where i just like brainstorm
04:55and think of ideas and think about you know what direction do i want to go next what have i not
05:00said um what part of me am i am i discovering that um
05:05i feel comfortable sharing with other people a lot of soul searching
05:10and so i feel like i'm constantly soul searching um and dig
05:15thinking things up and and so it's important for me to be writing while i'm
05:20doing that soul searching absolutely if like the last era of laney is whirlwind does
05:25this next chapter like do you feel like there's like a theme to what comes next or is it kind of
05:29presented
05:30itself yet i think and i probably just need to keep putting pen to paper
05:35and what normally happens is i always just kind of stumble up on that
05:40and it always seems like there's it's just like a certain time of my life
05:45and like the things that i'm learning the things that i'm trying to um get better at things
05:50and i'm trying to hold on to all of those things and i can normally kind of weave in

06:50Oh my gosh. And that's why we had to think outside the box. We had to come.
06:55With, with crazy ideas and, um, yeah, it's important to get bored.
07:00I'm glad the kids are learning how to get bored.
07:01I know it is really important. What do you have planned for the holidays?
07:05Are there any Wilson family traditions that you're looking forward to?
07:08I'm gonna go home and hang.
07:10Hang out with my, my little nephews, Knox ledger and chapel. And.
07:15You know, they humble me. They do. They don't think I'm cool at all. And, uh,
07:20but that's, I just want to spend time with family. I just want to make memories. I want us to.

07:30Some neighbors go see my granny. Uh, my granny got to be at the CMA awards this year, which was.
07:35School got to spend a little bit of time with her. So yeah, just making sure that I, that I.

08:45Make sure that I'm, like, if I've got the time to do it and it's, like, another creative outlet.

08:51But no matter what, like, music is my number one.

08:55And I just have to make dang sure of that because it's important for me to remember that the reason I have.
09:00All these other opportunities in general is because of my music and because.
09:05Of the writing.

09:06And I feel like I'm not me if I'm not doing the other stuff.

09:10With the schedule, if it, like, if it feels good, sign me.
09:15Also, another sign of success is when you have to start saying no to things that you really want to do.

09:20Because you literally don't have the time or the bandwidth to do it.

10:15We sat down this past weekend and we started kind of trying to brainstorm, so we'll see.

10:25I know, of course, you would, like, get done with CMAs and be like.
10:30I'm time, I have time, and now Duck is in a duck blind somewhere.
