00:04PS Plus Extra and Premium users are warned not to download a new free game in the catalog to avoid facing game license issues.

00:17However, those who own the PS4 copy, either digitally or physically on disc, need to make sure they aren't locking themselves out of the free PS5 upgrade that they're entitled to.
