00:00President Vladimir Putin has issued a stark warning saying Russia is ready for a military confrontation if one breaks out and that any European move towards war would be met with overwhelming force.
00:13He also accused European governments of undermining US President Donald Trump's effort to reach a settlement in Ukraine, claiming they have put forward proposals they know Moscow cannot accept.
