Rutte dismisses concerns about US commitment to NATO ahead of Ukraine meeting

00:11Russia's war against Ukraine that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is set to miss.
00:18With the U.S. pushing for Europe to do more to take care of its own security,
00:23some have raised doubts about America's NATO leadership and the alliance's ability to
00:27deter Russian aggression.
00:30Rutte pinned Rubio's absence on a busy schedule and downplayed contentious parts of the Trump
00:36administration's 28-point peace proposal.
