In November 2025 alone, eight Russian drones entered Moldova's airspace. One of them crashed into a building near the Ukrainian border. Although it wasn't carrying explosives, it caused fear and curiosity in the community.

02:12Moldova summoned the Russian ambassador, Oleg Ozorov, and requested an explanation.
02:18Ozorov said that the incident raises many questions and asked for an investigation to be conducted.
02:25Security expert Pavel Horia believes that the Republic of Moldova currently lacks the capacity to defend itself against drones.
