00:08that's called secret soundings. And that's a process that's actually been held to be unfair,
00:15but allowed to continue with tweaks. Only 1% of judges are black. A 2022 report,
00:25racial bias in the bench found evidence of institutional racism in the justice system.
00:31There's nothing wrong with juries, but there's a hell of a lot wrong with the system.
00:37And that's what needs fixing. Don't scrap juries, keep them.
