00:00Christmas gift for commuters awaits as three sets of three-car Dalian train of MRT3 are expected to be deployed this Christmas, December 25.

00:10Last Saturday, DOTR Secretary Giovanni Lopez and MRT3 General Manager Mike Capati inspected one of the train sets.

00:18This as part of their preparations to ensure safe trips and smooth operations of the new train sets.

00:24The testing and commissioning of two more Dalian train sets is also expected to begin for its commercial operations comeback.

00:32Once operational, each train car is expected to accommodate 1,156 commuters.
