Isko Moreno mum on graft raps filed by sister of predecessor

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno says on Dec. 2, 2025 that he has not received a copy of the graft complaint that had been filed against him by Dr. Leilani Lacuna and lawyer Michelle Africa. Earlier in the day, the sister of former Manila mayor Honey Lacuna filed complaints of graft and other charges against Moreno over the installation of the new Liga ng mga Barangay leaders, which 'did not go through due process.' In early November, Moreno led the oath-taking of the new leaders of the Liga ng mga Brangay after their election on Nov. 10.
