MPD is lying – Casiño  Bagong Alyansang Makabayan Chairperson Teddy Casiño said they coordinate with authorities for the Baha sa Luneta 2.0 rally on Sunday, belying the statement of the Manila Police District that protesters did not coordinate with the National Parks Development Committee for the staging of the protest. Casiño told the Manila Times that they followed similar protocols of the staging of their previous Sept. 21 protest held in the same venue. 01:17sabi nila mag-lunchdown, kinancel naman nila.

01:20But in any case, alam naman nila yung mga plano namin.

01:24So hindi namin matanggap.

01:30naisip nila na dahil walang permiso ng Parks Committee,

01:35babawalan na nila ang taong magtipon.

01:38It was obviously meant to sabotage the rally.
