00:00What you're going to get from me, from our staff, and as we get rolling, our players,

00:10is the hardest working, toughest, grittiest program in the entire country.

00:20We're going to work day in, day out. We're going to find wins in every single margin we could find.

00:28We're going to build a process-driven program, a process-driven program,

00:35where we wake up and we worry about winning every single aspect of our lives every single day.

00:42I truly believe that if you buy into a process, a way of doing things day in, day out,

00:49from the moment you wake up, to how you come in, to how you attack your relationships in a building,

00:55to how you attack the weight room, sports medicine, nutrition, the film room, the teaching,

01:04and then certainly the work on the field, if you buy into eating right, sleeping right,

01:10hydrating right, outworking people in the things that nobody else sees, the end result will happen.

01:20A lot of the time you don't control the end result. You control your daily habits, you control your daily process,

01:27and if you keep pouring into that, day in, day out, day in, day out, us as a staff, the student-athletes,

01:34everybody that touches our guys, at whatever point the process will pay you back.

01:39We're also going to have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.

01:47We're going to be explosive on offense. We're going to play really fast.

01:50We're going to challenge teams in every imaginable way.

02:00People around here like running the football, and I can respect it.

02:05We're going to be explosive. We're going to play really fast, and it's going to be a brand of football

02:14Defensively, we're going to be just as fun to watch.

02:17We're going to be aggressive, create explosives, create negatives, create turnovers.

02:24We're going to be the most violent freaking team on the football field every single Saturday.

02:29We're going to be different on special teams. We're going to create explosives on teams.

02:34It's going to be a huge difference in why we win.

02:40We're going to outwork, outthink, and outprocess people across the entire country.

02:47I told the guys yesterday in our team meeting that at whatever point,

02:51we're ready to be a player-driven program, player-driven.

02:59I think in my time, as I've gone through this journey,

03:02I've been involved in every aspect or at every level of this thing.

03:09The one thing that remains the same is when it's coach-driven,

03:12when it's driven the culture, the standards of everything in the program

03:17is driven by the coaches, by the support staff.

03:20You max out.

03:21Whatever that number of wins is, you max out.

03:25When the standards are upheld within that locker room,

03:29within each position meeting room,

03:31in every aspect of their lives,

03:34when it's driven by the players,

03:39we'll bring a national championship here to Auburn University.
