00:09you might want to consider joining The Bachelor. Yes, I mean that Bachelor,
00:13ABC's franchise that seems to have been churning out 20-something Instagram influencers
00:17over the last couple of years, but a potential new series from the franchise may serve you better.
00:22So here's what we know so far. During a commercial break on Monday's episode of The Bachelor,
00:26ABC flashed a casting call for quote, seniors looking for love.
00:30While there's no title for the project, ABC's casting page offered a few more details.
00:35Are you entering your golden years and looking for romance?
00:38The producers of The Bachelor are looking for active and outgoing single men and women
00:43in their golden years for a new exciting dating show.
00:46And if you're wondering how soon is too soon to sign up,
00:49ABC's reality chief Rob Mills clarified that golden years strictly means 65 or older.
00:55Now the network does have a good reason to try and squeeze more out of The Bachelor
00:59franchise, which has proven to be among the most evergreen in all of reality TV.
01:04The franchise already boasts multiple spinoffs. After The Bachelor made its debut in 2002,
01:09The Bachelorette followed a year later, and Bachelor in Paradise premiered in 2014.
01:14Other spinoffs including Bachelor Pad and Bachelor Winter Games have also previously
01:19aired on the network, so it looks like ABC's quest for love isn't slowing down anytime soon.
