The Green Bay Packers quarterback has been in the hot seat after a Friday interview on the 'Pat McAfee Show' where he admitted he was not vaccinated after contracting the virus.

00:00We've got players that pretty much think only about themselves, and I'm extremely disappointed in the actions of Aaron Rodgers.

00:07The Fox NFL Sunday crew took Aaron Rodgers to task over his COVID-19 situation.

00:12The Green Bay Packers star quarterback found out he contracted COVID-19 on Wednesday

00:16and would be ineligible to play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.

00:19The Chiefs ended up beating the Packers 13-7.

00:22But Rodgers has been in the hot seat since a Friday interview with SiriusXM's The Pat McAfee Show,

00:26where he admitted he wasn't vaccinated and defended why that is.

00:30I realize I'm in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now,

00:33so before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket.

00:38Back in August, the 37-year-old told reporters during a press conference that he was, quote, immunized.

00:43According to his Friday interview, Rodgers says there was a, quote,

00:46long-term immunization protocol he was using to protect himself from COVID-19.

00:51As Terry Bradshaw pointed out on Sunday, Rodgers still contracted COVID-19.

00:55Jimmy Johnson had this to say about Rodgers on Sunday.

00:58I'm disappointed in his play on words for his explanation.

01:02I'm disappointed in some of his selfish actions.

01:05Howie Long noted that he agreed with Rodgers' stance on medical privacy, but within reason.

01:10But it ceases to be a personal decision when you take part in being part of a football team

01:15in a building with coaches, players, trainers.

01:19Long went on to talk about the Packers' success so far this season and say this.

01:23Putting all of that in jeopardy and possibly putting your teammates in jeopardy, to me, is selfish.

01:28But Bradshaw was by far the harshest, making this comment, noting the crew's location.

01:33It would have been nice if he'd have just come to the Naval Academy and learned how to be honest.

01:38Yeah.

01:41Learn not to lie.

01:43Bradshaw continued, because that's what you did, Aaron.

01:46You lied to everyone.
