Indonesia flood death toll hits 502; one M'sian remains missing

The death toll from recent floods and landslides across three provinces on Indonesia's Sumatra Island has risen to 502, with 508 missing.  In a statement on Monday (Dec 1), Wisma Putra said the Malaysian Consulate General in Medan received reports from the public regarding three Malaysian tourists who have been uncontactable since Nov 27.  It also said search operations are ongoing for a 30-year-old Malaysian man whose vehicle was caught in a landslide in Padang Panjang. 00:57were struck by a landslide in Padang Panjang last Thursday. Four of the Indonesian passengers survived,

01:04while search operations are ongoing for Asrul Nizam and the remaining three individuals.
