Fans who used one of their three wishes to see a glimpse of Disney's live-action 'Aladdin' are in luck.

00:00Disney fans ain't never had a friend like Will Smith. The actor shared our first glimpse
00:04at Disney's live-action Aladdin on Wednesday. Smith, who plays the genie, posted a photo
00:09from the set getting his genie on, with cast mates Minima Sood, a.k.a. Aladdin himself,
00:14Naomi Scott, who plays Princess Jasmine, and Jafar actor Marwan Kinzari.
00:19Smith captioned the pic on his Facebook page,
00:21"...we just started shooting Aladdin and I wanted to intro you guys to our new family. Here we go."
00:26Smith plays the iconic, magical character originally voiced by the late Robin Williams
00:31in the 1992 animated film. It was announced on Tuesday that Billy Magnusson had also joined the cast
00:37as a new character named Prince Anders. He joins Nassim Pedrad, who is set to play the original
00:42character Mara, a handmaiden and friend to Jasmine. Guy Ritchie is directing Disney's live-action
00:48Aladdin, and John August of Big Fish and Corpse Bride wrote the script.
