The first F-16 fighter jets destined for the Argentine Air Force have begun their transfer to the country after taking off from Skrydstrup Air Base in Denmark.
The aircraft made their first technical stop at Zaragoza Air Base in Spain, where they were refueled before continuing their flight toward the Southern Hemisphere.
According to Argentina’s Ministry of Defense, the transfer is proceeding according to schedule and represents an important milestone in the modernization of the combat fleet. Each completed stage brings the aircraft closer to their new destination, generating significant anticipation among military personnel and civilians across the country.
