00:00On Media Missed Minute today, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem signed off on the deportation of dozens of immigrants, despite a federal judge's order to keep them in U.S. custody.
00:12And the world's strongest woman no longer holds the title. Why this year's heavy lifting champion was disqualified after the fact.
00:23I'm Craig DeGrelli. In today's Media Missed Minute, two stories largely ignored by partisan media outlets.
00:30Starting with the story overlooked by the right, a new Justice Department filing shows Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem approved the deportation of about 100 Venezuelan men in March after a federal judge ordered that their flights return to the U.S.
00:46The documents say Noem cleared the transfer of that group to El Salvador's notorious Seacott Prison, arguing they were already outside U.S. borders when the court ruling came down, and therefore not covered by it.
01:00Now to a story missed by the left. This year's World's Strongest Woman winner has been stripped of her title after officials learned she is a trans woman.
01:10Jamie Booker won the Open Women's Division by a single point. That title now goes to Britain's Andrea Thompson.
01:18Organizers say their rules require athletes to compete based on sex recorded at birth.
