00:22magazine this week and revealed that being bullied inspired his passion for

00:26strength and fitness. John told the outlet my passion for strength was

00:29out of self-defense. I used to get picked on a lot because I was very different

00:34in the way I dressed and expressed myself. The actor continued and said I got tired

00:38of getting beaten up and I asked my dad for a weight set and he got me one at

00:4213. I started working out and I haven't stopped since. But switching gears to

00:46Mandy Moore and changing diapers, the This Is Us star told People magazine that

00:51she didn't know much about diapers before having her first baby August Gus

00:56Harrison in February. Mandy also shared that her on-screen husband Milo Ventimiglia

01:01had to teach her a few things. The actress recalled, I remember very early on having

01:07to shoot scenes where we were chaotically changing diapers and just trying to

01:11handle triplets and Milo having to show me how to swaddle how to change a diaper.

01:15I knew nothing. Well I guess there's no better way to learn than in the midst of a

01:19TV scene with baby triplets. And speaking of children, Jamie Lee Curtis

01:24recently shared that her youngest child has come out as transgender. In her

01:29cover story for AARP the magazine, the actress said that she and her husband

01:33Christopher Guest have watched in wonder and pride as our son became our

01:38daughter Ruby. The Halloween star also revealed that Ruby and her fiance now have

01:42plans to get married next year and the actress plans to officiate the nuptial.

01:47And now on to Matt Damon because he is having fun trolling Ben Affleck and

01:52Jennifer Lopez. The actor appeared on Sirius XM's The Jess Cagle Show where he

01:57was asked about his longtime friend Ben and the actor's reignited romance with

02:02JLo. Damon jokingly responded, how else would I be? Like would I be unhappy? Like I

02:07hate true love. It sucks. The actor continued and said I wish them nothing but you

02:13know hardship. JLo and Ben rekindled their romance back in April. Recall they were
