Arriving back home, John the Apostle finds and meets Matthew Levi, the Tax Collector, who is shaking down at Zebedee for his money. Enraged, John has to be held back by James from attacking Matthew, who responds by demanding Zebedee pay double, after John got involved with his brother and calls Matthew "a traitor", within three days. To make matters worse, John, without looking, accidentally elbow-shoves James, causing him to have a broken arm in the process, preventing him from helping their father catch fish.
