00:11against the Buccaneers, against the Dolphins, and he doesn't do anything.

00:18It's like you're getting paid a lot of money,

00:20and you're paid to be our best player on defense, and you've disappeared.

00:24I hear you, guys.

00:25It's a different style of defense.

00:25Well, I think some of it's coaching.

00:28I think that's the lesson here.

00:30So does not Steve Wilkes and this defensive line and the defensive coaches

00:35deserve a little bit of heat and criticism?

00:37Like, you took a star player on, and he got worse.

00:41That's alarming a little bit, don't you think?

00:42Yeah, I think if you want to talk about questions about the coaching staff,

00:47I'd start looking at the defense and say, who's gotten better this year?

00:51No one.

00:52I don't have an answer for you.

00:54Yeah, so I think that's kind of damning.

00:56When you talk to guys who are former head coaches, I talked to Bill Cowher the other day.

01:01I did a piece.

01:01He's been kind of advising Aaron Glenn, and he mentioned it, and other coaches mentioned it.

01:08Like, just the coaching staff is like this underrated thing that you have to build as a head coach.

01:14And your first-time head coach, like, you think about it.

01:16You're doing all these interviews, right?

01:18Then you get hired, and it's a sprint to build a coaching staff

01:22because there's usually six other guys that just got hired as well.

01:26There's movement already.

01:27There's some guys that are still playing in the playoffs.

01:29Like, you have to build this coaching staff.

01:31You end up with guys you might not know, and I think that's tricky.

01:36So I'm curious to see, like, does Aaron Glenn, does he make moves after this season?

01:40Does he make changes to his coaching staff realizing, you know, some of these guys don't fit?
