00:00so that happened uh the timeout that was referenced was uh with a uh 10 plus point lead

00:13uh wisconsin called a timeout to avoid a backcourt violation essentially a uh a backcourt

00:19violation because michigan was still pressing so if michigan's gonna press juan howard took issue

00:25with that timeout considering he thought the game was out of hand uh and uh greg guard of wisconsin

00:32figured he wasn't going to put his players in the position to break a press in four seconds

00:36so he called the timeout instead juan howard thinking the game was out of hands is basically

00:41why he did that and apparently according to the broadcast as you just heard waited to get into

00:46the handshake line after the game because he doesn't want to doesn't want to face uh guard

00:50so he then gets in it and then you see him try to walk by him guard grabs him that's guard's mistake

00:56don't put your hands on another man now that is a mistake the egregious mistake is juan howard

01:04throwing a punch swiping trying to slap whatever it might be is trying to get physical in the

01:12altercation with an assistant head coach when people are between them and you saw what that led to

01:17there's no way juan howard should be coaching another game for michigan after something like

01:20that like you are supposed to be the leader of men and what i what i never understood about athletes

01:27is how you ever get to a point and juan howard obviously an ex-athlete pretty good one i never

01:32understood how you ever get into an idea of all right well hopefully they start taking it easy on us

01:38because they have this game like i i find it so much more disrespectful when a team is just like

01:44well you suck today so we're just gonna we're gonna back it we're not gonna give you a hundred

01:50percent and if juan howard thinks the game is out of hand why is he pressing so if you're gonna

01:57continue to go full tilt and you expect the other team to lay off that doesn't make any damn sense

02:03and that juan howard's the the former professional athlete this is awful this is egregious like you can't

02:11have juan howard coach another game for michigan and i'm not about to die on like coaching uh

02:17college basketball hill but that's just an utter embarrassment and then you see the melee that breaks

02:24out between the players at the end of the game as well that's what it led to that's awful

02:42statements how embarrassed they are they're going to look into the situation and look i i understand

02:46that you can't come out and say what probably a lot of sports broadcasters are talking about what i

02:51just said like you can't just watch the video and go juan howard is fired you got to have the

02:56conversations you got to go through the proper protocol and then he'll probably be relieved of

03:01his duties of coaching michigan uh greg guard's explanation afterwards was that he didn't want to put

03:06his team in a situation where they're gonna have to break a press in four seconds i know there might

03:10be a little hint of condescension there where he also said i don't know if juan howard knew the rule

03:15but you get a reset if you call the time out there i think the coach knows the rule let me just say that

03:28you can't first off greg guard you can't put your hands on another man that's that's a mistake
