00:00Defense Secretary Gibbo Chidoro warned that individuals calling for a so-called government reset during the November 30th rally could be arrested and charged, saying the move is illegal and clearly inciting to sedition.
00:14He noted that while the law is the law, the decision on arrests is in the hands of the Philippine National Police were expected to keep their eyes peeled during the protests.
00:24Chidoro expressed hope that the rally will remain peaceful, though the government is staying on its toes amid potential security concerns.
00:32He stressed that anyone pushing unlawful acts during the demonstration may find themselves in hot water.
