Harvey Weinstein is facing a new indictment in New York for alleged sexual assault. The disgraced movie mogul will be arraigned Monday, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's office. Weinstein is expected to attend the hearing.

00:04sexual assault against the disgraced Hollywood mogul. According to the Manhattan

00:08District Attorney, Weinstein will be arraigned Monday in New York and is expected

00:12to attend the hearing. Although we won't learn the exact contents of the indictment

00:16until the hearing on Monday, the victim in this case is reportedly Sopranos actress

00:20Annabella Sciorra. According to Sciorra, the actress alleges that Weinstein

00:24attacked her in her apartment in Gramercy Park in 1993. The allegation was supposedly

00:29too old to be prosecuted under state law, but the district attorney is now using this

00:34new report to further Weinstein's previous indictment on sex crime. This would also

00:38allow the actress to testify at his criminal trial next month. Weinstein has been

00:42indicted in Manhattan on sexual assault charges from the accusations of two other women.

00:47The producer has maintained his innocence and has pleaded not guilty to the existing charges.
