Bruce Springsteen is praising Jeremy Allen White's portrayal of him in the upcoming biopic 'Deliver Me From Nowhere.' Springsteen opened up about visiting the set of the film in a new interview with Sirius XM's E Street Radio.

00:08Springsteen opened up about visiting the set of the film in a new interview with Sirius XM's E Street Radio.
00:14When asked during the radio interview if it's weird to watch someone pretend to be him, Springsteen said this.
00:20A little bit first, you know, but you get over that pretty quick and Jeremy is such a terrific actor that you just fall right into it.
00:29The legendary musician went on to say this about White's portrayal of him.
00:32He's got an interpretation of me that I think, A, the fans will deeply recognize and he's just done a great job.
00:42So I've had a lot of fun. I've had a lot of fun being on the set when I can get there.
00:47White is also singing in the film, which Springsteen complimented him on.
00:50He's singing like you in this, which is going to be exciting to see.
00:55He sings very well.
00:57White opened up about preparing to play Springsteen to The Hollywood Reporter following his Emmy win for Best Actor in a Comedy Series back in September.
01:04Finally, we can't wait to see you as Bruce Springsteen. How is singing prep going and prep for that movie?
01:09It's going really well, yeah.
01:11Yeah, we've been working really hard for three, four months.
01:14And yeah, everybody, I've got a really beautiful team in place that's been helping.
01:19And Bruce is so wonderful and supportive.
01:22So I feel lucky. I think it's going to be good.
