Two National Guard members from West Virginia were shot around 2:15 p.m Nov 26th in what appeared to be a "targeted" attack near the White House. It took place near 17th and I streets NW, when a man rounded a corner, raised a firearm and opened fire on National Guard members patrolling the area.
