00:00Well we are asking everybody to contribute in a fair way and we're
00:05asking to contribute to make sure that we can protect our NHS and make sure it's
00:10fit for the future and there for everybody when they need it and that
00:13didn't happen under the last government. We're asking people to contribute so we
00:16can ensure we've got the schools we need so every single child can go as far as
00:21their talents will take them and we're asking everybody to contribute so we can
00:24bear down on probably what is the single biggest issue for most families and
00:28communities which is the cost of living and that's why we were able yesterday
00:32to announce that we're taking a hundred and fifty pounds of energy bills for on
00:38average for every household for the poorest households that's six million
00:41that's on top of the hundred and fifty that we've already taken off these are
00:45significant bills that people do need as much help and I'm really pleased that we
00:49pulled every available lever when it comes to the cost of living
