00:00The Prime Minister yesterday had the opportunity to talk to the British public about the things that are on people's minds,
00:04which is the cost of living, prices are going up, inflation has doubled since the last election,
00:09and also to allay people's fears that having had this, what was billed as a once in a parliament,
00:15massive increase in taxes in the budget last year, now we think, in fact we almost know,
00:21that Rachel Rees is going to come back, she's lost control of public finances.
00:24The Prime Minister has said something about that.
