DOG RESCUED AFTER BEING HIT BY CAR   WITH VID   By Tim Tong   Watch the emotional journey of a dog found injured in the middle of the road and the couple who rushed to save his life.   Hannah Pop, from Exo Nimfio, Greece, filmed the moment she and her partner Mario discovered a dog which had been hit by a car and left behind on the road. The clip follows them as they carefully lift the injured dog, named Snow, into their vehicle and race him to an emergency vet for treatment.   The video then cuts to Snow’s recovery showing him healthy, happy, and running freely through a field, a complete transformation from the day they found him.   Posted on TikTok, the heartwarming video gathered more than 137,000 views.   Hannah said: “My partner and I transport a dog to the emergency after we found him hit by a car.”   “The dog was left on the road to die, and we took him and showed his journey.” ENDS
