In a 30-page document titled "Camp Quarantine," the creator lays out in his plans to start filming again in July at his own Atlanta-based studios.

00:00Tyler Perry is revealing his production protocol in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak.
00:05On Wednesday, Perry sent out a 30-page document to his cast called Camp Quarantine, which
00:10outlines in great detail how he plans to safely start production again at his Atlanta studio,
00:15with plans to start back up in July.
00:17As a safety precaution, the cast and crew of his TV show Sistas and The Oval will all
00:22stay on his Tyler Perry Studios campus in Georgia for the duration of filming in an
00:26effort to protect against contracting the virus, hence the title Camp Quarantine.
00:31The doc reveals the specific steps each individual will need to take to protect themselves as
00:35they get back to work, including having the cast be tested using the nasal swab method
00:39in their hometowns 16 days before travel and self-isolating for the remaining time before
00:44their travel date, and taking private flights arranged by Perry to Atlanta, where the cast
00:48members will be tested again using a 15-minute rapid test.
00:52Members inside the studio's cast and crew will once again be retested using the nasal
00:56swab method, and only those with negative results will be able to venture outside their
01:00private rooms.
01:02Other safety protocols such as face masks and social distancing will still be required
01:06at all times, with exceptions only for actors during filming and hair and makeup as necessary.
