00:00So you're making it sound like Russia is actually not in a particularly strong position to negotiate.
00:06So why do you think the United States is so keen to get a deal done now,
00:11when in fact it might be more prudent to wait and get a clearer picture of what the situation actually is?
00:20When we started to talk about this, it's still not any dialogue.
00:24We don't see any leader as Putin, president of Russia, and Zelensky as the president of Ukraine are happy to talk to each other.
00:33I can't say this is a personal case because we don't know, but we know Putin hates Zelensky
00:41and he doesn't want to talk directly to a representative of Ukraine, maybe somebody else, but not Zelensky.
00:48And why he tried to prove United States to push Ukraine, to agree with all what you just mentioned, 28,
00:57but now it's less and less points of this negotiation.
01:01And we don't know what might happen tomorrow or after tomorrow.
01:05And what points finally would be at the end of the list to discuss.
01:10But one of the things that makes me feel positive, they started to discuss about this.
01:17For a long time, it was not a real and serious discussion.
01:22And what I believe, this is not only United States, not only Russia and Ukraine,
01:27it's some more countries behind of all this discussion.
01:32Of course, the European Union, who wants to be a part of this negotiation.
01:37But I don't know if Putin or Trump just decided to exclude the European Union from this discussion.
