00:00According to our information about Ukraine's accession to NATO, the issue is a foregone conclusion.
00:07We understand that under such a scenario the level of the military threat against Russia will multiply.
00:13The risk of an attack on our country will increase many times over.
00:17Enshrined in US strategic planning documents is the possibility of a pre-emptive strike against enemy missile systems.
00:24And who is that enemy? Russia.
00:27In NATO documents, our country is officially declared the main threat to North Atlantic security,
00:32and Ukraine would serve as a springboard for a strike.
00:37Following the United States' withdrawal from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty,
00:42the Pentagon is openly developing a range of ground-based offensive weapons,
00:46including ballistic missiles capable of reaching a distance of up to 5,500 kilometers.
00:52If such systems are deployed in Ukraine, they will be able to hit targets anywhere in European Russia,
00:58and even across the Ural Mountains.
01:00For a Tomahawk missile, the approach time to Moscow would be 35 minutes,
01:04ballistic missiles from Kharkov could reach it in seven to eight minutes,
01:08and it would take four to five minutes for hypersonic offensive missiles to strike.
01:13It's like a knife at our throats.
01:16I have no doubt that they want to implement these plans, as they have been doing in all previous years,
01:21expanding NATO to the east, moving military infrastructure and equipment towards Russia's borders.
01:26They have completely ignored our concerns, protests and warnings.
01:30They simply didn't care and have done whatever they wanted.
01:35or Chairman Gamber.
