20:41They need to be really thorough to make sure it's absolutely squeaky clean and there's no evidence of anybody before
20:47And they've got to be quick too

20:53Each team will have a fresh pair of eyes to impress come inspection time

32:58an improvement in quality moving forward
33:03the inspection may be over but the challenge is far from done
33:08as the early guests are arriving

39:38however the swans were so elaborate today that there wasn't a hand towel in the bathroom because
39:43he'd had to use all the linen oh i think he saw on our faces that i don't approve oh well you got them
39:50prepared for my arrival tomorrow then because it's not for me you've ruined the swan it's dead it's dead
39:57just one last one hold on i'll revive it i genuinely felt warm in their their company
40:05they welcomed us as if we were long lost friends and they proceeded to do that with all the guests
40:12i did drop a tip that you know some guests would like to in like stay and have a conversation maybe
40:18have an evening with you but then on the other hand you want you'll have other guests who want to be
40:23quiet and just enjoy the the quietness of the surroundings and this is a fine line isn't it

42:30today i found out that and had to buy some fresh duvet covers no way yeah um so when i inspected the
42:37bedroom the the bed obviously weren't made just yet bless them would you like a glass of wine now you're
42:46talking i don't know if it was the stress uh but i felt like jackie was a bit maybe overwhelmed yeah i
42:54think the jackie in particular seems to be flustering a lot um which is a shame because she is so so lovely
43:03so lovely comes from a good place yeah she's trying to do well and she she really wants to help but i think
43:09it's about finding that balance yeah i absolutely agree with you and you're kind of rooting for them
43:15and you want them to just stop take a deep breath and start again in an orderly fashion but then how
43:22many times can we keep on telling them this i think tomorrow with them will be a big tell
43:28the hosts are learning fast and starting to find their stride and the spirit of competition is taking
43:38hold we've had a few issues to deal with today we'll see what challenges are set for us tomorrow
43:45and go from there and see what happens i think the more and more we get into the competition
43:51we're enjoying it more yes there's going to be a few more curveballs but hey it's not what life's about
