00:00Speaking of splits, Tiger Woods confirmed his fall split from his girlfriend of six years, Erica Herman, amidst their legal battle.
00:08The golfer called her a jilted ex-girlfriend in new court documents filed on Monday morning, obtained by Hollywood Life.
00:15The response comes after Erica filed a lawsuit against Tiger in the beginning of March, asking to be removed from her nondisclosure agreement, which she signed when the couple started dating in 2017.
00:26Erica cited the Speak Out Act, which allows NDAs to become nullified and voided if sexual harassment and sexual assault arise.
00:35In his March 13th counterfiling, Tiger said his ex-girlfriend had no right to terminate the NDA, as she did not accuse him of sexual assault or any sort of wrongdoing.
00:45In a different lawsuit, Erica claimed that the golf pro owes her $30 million for locking her out of his home during an apparent October 2022 breakup, which he initiated.
00:55Erica said she had an oral agreement through Tiger's Trust that gave her permission to reside at his home for five more years.
01:02She's suing for damages, including attorney fees, under the Florida Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
