00:00To exes who aren't such great friends, Tiger Woods and Erica Herman, the golf pro and his
00:05longtime partner split in the fall, but now their dirty laundry is being aired. Erica is suing Tiger
00:11Woods for $30 million and requesting to break her NDA that she signed when she began dating him.
00:16According to court documents, Erica alleges that Tiger and his agents unlawfully locked her out
00:22of their shared Florida home, which the golfer owns, and she has not been allowed to return since.
00:27She claims that she was forced out of the home via trickery after being told to pack a suitcase
00:32for a short vacation, and when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out
00:36of her residence. The two were split at the time, but Erica was still living at Tiger's residence,
00:41which she claims is also rightfully hers due to an oral tenacity agreement that the pair made six
00:47years ago. Tiger has since filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. The latest update in the case,
00:52according to the docket, is that Erica filed an opposition to Tiger's dismissal motion in January
00:57and the lawsuit is ongoing. This seems messy AF. What do you guys think about it?
