00:00Andrew is terrified of getting arrested and extradited to the U.S.
00:04Things continue to get worse for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor,
00:07as the ex-royal has been ordered to appear in front of Congress to discuss his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
00:13Now, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's future looks bleak.
00:17I don't think he's actually been ordered or can be compelled to go to this committee,
00:20royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun.
00:23I certainly don't think it's likely that he's going to travel to the United States.
00:27I think that's about as likely as me flying to the moon, to be honest, Phil Dampier continued.
00:33I know that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, as he now is, is terrified that if he goes abroad,
00:38he might be arrested and extradited to the States.
00:42Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor hasn't been indicted or convicted of a crime,
00:46but Virginia Jouffre wrote in detail about her allegedly being assaulted by the former royal in her posthumous memoir.
00:52According to Phil Dampier, Mountbatten-Windsor's legal team might advise him to meet with Congress on Zoom
00:58to address the balance by telling what he knows.
01:01Phil Dampier noted that Congress is treating Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor as a witness,
01:05rather than someone who has done something wrong.
01:08But I'm sure if he actually turned up and appeared before this committee,
01:12it wouldn't be long before certain members of the committee were turning on him
01:15and accusing him of all sorts of things, so I just can't see him.
01:20To be honest, I can't see him playing ball with this, Dampier continued.
01:24Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's ongoing scandals continue to bring negative attention to the ex-prince's brood.
01:31It's very embarrassing for the royal family.
01:33I'm sure that, obviously, the King and Prince William, Prince of Wales,
01:37would obviously love to see the back of this whole issue.
01:39And that's why they've done what they've done,
01:41because they're hoping that they can draw some sort of line in the sand
01:45and so they can move on, particularly,
01:48before Prince William becomes king.
01:50Phil Dampier said,
01:52they'd like to sort of get this completely done and dusted.
