Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie tied the knot on Saturday in a small ceremony attended by family and friends.  Their children also partook in the event which took place in France.

00:07Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are officially Mr. and Mrs. Pitt.

00:11A spokesperson for the couple confirmed the news to the Associated Press just days after their wedding in France.

00:17Here are the details so far.

00:19After nine years together, the two got married on Saturday in a small ceremony attended by family and friends.

00:24No word if those friends included Brad's BFF, George Clooney.

00:28Although Clooney was in Italy with his fiancée this week, so it's possible.

00:32Commenting on their marriage on Thursday, Clooney told E.

00:35How great is that? I'm really happy for Brad and Angie and their whole family.

00:40Of course, their children took part in the wedding.

00:42Maddox and Pax walked Angelina down the aisle, while Zahara and Vivian threw pedals.

00:46And of course, Shiloh and Knox served as ring bearers.

00:49Jolie told Good Morning America that it was very important to have their kids involved in their big day, saying.

00:54I think the important thing is that whenever we do it, that the kids do have a great time.

01:00And we all take seriously the love and the connection between all of us.

01:03But we also just get silly and do something memorable.

01:07Brad went right back to work after the wedding, promoting his new movie Fury in the UK,

01:11where we got a first look at his new wedding ring.

01:14Their post-wedding plans include moving the whole family to Europe for two months,

01:18while Mr. and Mrs. Pitt work on a movie together.

01:21It'll be their second time co-starring in the film, following 2005's Mr. and Mrs. Smith,

01:26but the first as a married couple.
