01:28Beijing recently announced plans to establish a nature reserve in the Shoal, a month after a China Coast Guard ship and a Chinese Navy vessel collided near it while trying to chase away a Philippine Coast Guard vessel.
01:38While Marcos did not mention a specific country, harassment towards Philippine vessels is primarily the doing of China's Coast Guard or maritime militia ships.
01:48Newly installed ombudsman Boeing Remulia says his office will reinvestigate the war on drugs cases under International Criminal Court suspect and former President Rodrigo Duterte.

02:57This after a dark web post surfaced on Sunday, October 26, claiming to sell user information.
03:03According to the NPC, the post allegedly offers merchant and user data, Gcash account numbers, linked bank and virtual card details,
03:10and customer records containing names, addresses, employment details, and valid IDs.
03:15In a statement, the online wallet explains,
03:17Gcash is aware of an online post alleging that user information is being sold on the dark web.
03:23There is no evidence of any breach in Gcash systems.
03:25All customer accounts and funds remain secure.
03:28Gcash says it immediately investigated the matter, finding that the supposed leaked data does not match those from their systems.
03:35The company adds it is closely working with government agencies to monitor and validate information from all possible sources
03:41and ensure that our systems remain protected.
03:45Suspects from the high-profile heist on the Louvre were arrested near Paris on Saturday, October 25.
03:52According to Paris prosecutor Laura Becquot, one suspect was about to fly out of the country from Charles de Gaulle airport.
03:58The prosecutor did not say how many people were arrested or give any more details on their profile.
04:03However, French newspaper Le Parisien first broke the story, reporting two men in their 30s originally from the Saint-Saint-Denis suburb of Paris were arrested on Saturday evening.
04:14Becquot expressed strong disapproval of the information about the arrests being leaked.
