00:05making clear that no one with an arrest warrant will slip through the cracks.

00:37This is the strong statement of DILG Secretary John Vic Rimulya against several more suspects in the flood control project mess
00:45who already have warrants of arrest issued by the Sandigan Bayan.
00:48Eight more are being sought by authorities.
00:50Four of them are in other countries where three of them have reportedly coordinated with the Philippine Embassy to surrender.
00:56This include one in New Zealand, one in New York, and one in Jordan.
01:01While it cannot be determined which country Zaldico is hiding.
01:05We believe he is traveling with another passport.
01:09We do not know if he is using another name.

01:25Over the weekend, former Mimaropa DPWH Regional Director Gerald Pacanan was first arrested, followed by the arrest of six others.
01:34This include Gene Ryan Altea, former DPWH Assistant Regional Director, Ruben Santos Jr., another DPWH Assistant Director,
01:43Dominic Sarano, Chief of the Construction Division, Felizardo Casuno, Project Engineer III, Juliet Cabungan Calvo, DPWH Materials Engineer,
01:53and Lerma Caico, Accountant 4 of the Bids and Awards Committee.
01:57The National Bureau of Investigation also arrested, Dennis Abagon, the OIC Chief of the Quality Assurance and Hydrology Division of DPWH Mimaropa.
