00:29after releasing another video accusing the President and former House Speaker Martin Romaldas

00:35of receiving kickbacks from budget insertions between 2022 and 2025.

00:41For the President, cost claims carry no weight.

00:55The former lawmaker is among those facing a Sandigan Bayan arrest warrant for corruption and malversation

01:01tied to nearly 300 million pesos in a substandard flood control project in a Wuhan Oriental Mindoro.

01:10Amid the controversy, President Marcos Jr. launched the DPWH Transparency Portal.

01:16It is a digital platform showing the cost, bidding details, construction statues,

01:22and even satellite images of all DPWH projects nationwide.

01:28Users can also report projects that are completed, defective, duplicated, incomplete, or non-existent.
