America Ferrera, Lily Gladstone, Mark Ronson, Sterling K. Brown and more stars are reacting to their 2024 Oscar nominations. Brown shared how he found out about his nod for best supporting actor for 'American Fiction' on Instagram and Mark Ronson spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about his nomination for best original song with Andrew Wyatt for "I'm Just Ken" from 'Barbie.'

00:05to their 2024 Oscar nominations.

00:09Brown shared how he found out about his nod for Best Supporting Actor for American Fiction.

00:13The actor told his Instagram followers the story, starting with the fact he didn't charge

00:17his phone last night and woke up with a dead phone.

00:20I pick up the phone, I put it on the charger, phone charges, I'm getting breakfast ready

00:24for the kids to take them to school.

00:27I think my wife may have said something first, I can't remember if she said something first

00:30or not, but then I go back to grab my phone and a brother has like 126 messages.

00:38And I'm like, how come I got so many damn messages on my phone?

00:43I got nominated for an Oscar.

00:46It's crazy.

00:48Ronson spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about his nomination for Best Original Song with

00:52Andrew Wyatt for I'm Just Ken from Barbie and shared this about learning the news.

00:56I was actually on a plane and I was just like, I suddenly got all this barrage of text from

01:04people at the same time and I had a feeling it was something to do with the nomination.

01:10Oh, my one-year-old daughter was sleeping right next to me on the plane, so I was just like

01:15obviously holding it all inside.

01:18But it was, of course, it was super exciting.

01:21Meanwhile, the team behind Anatomy of a Fall posted these videos of their reactions to

01:25receiving two of their five nominations.

01:30Other Oscar nominees who shared videos of their live reactions to the announcement include

01:36the makers of Godzilla Minus One, which received a nomination for Best Visual Effects.

01:40And the team behind Robot Dreams, which was nominated for Best Animated Feature.

01:47Gladstone revealed she was FaceTiming her parents when her Best Actress Oscar nomination for

01:55Killers of the Flower Moon was announced.

01:58She told THR that during the announcement,

02:00Gladstone also shared she's currently in Osage County, Oklahoma, as she wanted to be on the Osage

02:19reservation in case the film was nominated so she could celebrate with the people who made the movie

02:24come to life.

02:25She said,

02:26Once all my interviews are wrapped up, I'm going to make my way around Osage County and

02:29just going to do my little protocols and give thanks for what this nation, these people,

02:34this land has given all of us by sharing this story.

02:36And Ferreira, who received a Best Supporting Actress nod for her role in Barbie, also told THR

02:41how she found out the news.
