00:33just the latest addition to the largest U.S. force assembled in the Caribbean Sea near Venezuela

00:38in generations. The Trump administration does not see Maduro, who faces charges of narco-terrorism

00:44in the U.S., as the legitimate leader of the South American country. Joining us now to discuss this

00:50even further is Rick De La Torre. He is a retired CIA operations officer and CEO and founder of the
