00:00:00The glow of the season is reeling me in, the spell that I'm under.
00:00:14Welcome, listeners.
00:00:16This is Love in the Air.
00:00:18Christmas is just around the corner, and we are celebrating love.
00:00:22But before we get started, I'd like to thank our sponsor for today's episode, Sparkly Sand,
00:00:27America's number one cat litter brand with their new scent, Pine Christmas Tree.
00:00:33Every scent will get you into the Christmas spirit.
00:00:37Now, today we have a very special guest, our favorite romance novelist, Dagger Phillips.
00:00:44Hello, hola, konnichiwa. Honored to be here.

00:41:02Right.
00:41:03Of course.
00:41:04Quick question for you.
00:41:06Can gas pipes freeze?
00:41:08Asking for a friend.
00:41:10The friend is my oven.
00:41:11I'll be right over to help your friend.
00:41:14Great.
00:41:15That was quick.
00:41:22Dagger?
00:41:24Hi.
00:41:25Where have you been?
00:41:27I've been calling, texting, DMing.
00:41:30It is freezing out here.
00:41:32How the 14th Dalai Lama lived in Tibet, I will never understand.
00:41:36Come on in.
00:41:38How did you find me?
00:41:42I walked into some gift shop and asked the lady where Grandpa Monty's place was.
00:41:47It's Mari.
00:41:48What is this?
00:41:49It's an advent calendar.
00:41:51It counts down the days to Christmas.
00:41:53An odd box of chocolates.
00:41:55And you just say Christmas Day.
00:41:59How's my bookend?
00:42:02I'm here for an update.
00:42:04Well, there's no Wi-Fi here.
00:42:09We're off grid.
00:42:10What?
00:42:13Oh.
00:42:18No thanks.
00:42:19We're good.
00:42:23Bells?
00:42:27Hey.
00:42:28I didn't mean to interrupt.
00:42:29Dane is the handyman.
00:42:30He's here to help fix the oven.
00:42:32Yeah.
00:42:33Uh, yeah.
00:42:34Just, um.
00:42:35Just the handyman here to fix the oven, so.
00:42:49Can you come back tomorrow?
00:42:51We're kind of busy here.
00:42:53I asked him to be here to help fix the oven.
00:42:59Uh, Dane, this is Dagger.
00:43:02So you're like an oven mechanic?
00:43:04Something like that.
00:43:05No.
00:43:06Dane is the handyman for the entire town.
00:43:08He is very busy.
00:43:10Ugh.
00:43:11I can relate to busy.
00:43:12How do you live here?
00:43:14There's no Wi-Fi.
00:43:15These windows are east-facing.
00:43:17The flow is so off.
00:43:19No wonder you haven't finished my book.
00:43:25I should do it.
00:43:26Ah!
00:43:27Great work, Dan.
00:43:28It's Dane.
00:43:31What do I owe you?
00:43:33Don't worry about it.
00:43:34What did I tell you about the infinity cycle of time leeches?
00:43:39Not now, Dagger.
00:43:40I...
00:43:41He was here to help.
00:43:42You don't have time to be socializing with oven mechanics.
00:43:45Need I remind you, you're not only under a deadline, but also under contract.
00:43:49Ring ring.
00:43:51Hello?
00:43:52Time?
00:43:53What's that?
00:43:54You're running out?
00:43:55Okay.
00:43:56Thanks for calling.
00:44:00I'm trying.
00:44:02I will update you when there is something to update you on.
00:44:05Fine.
00:44:07But no more liaisoning with the locals.
00:44:11Farewell.
00:44:13I'm off on a quest.
00:44:14Hi.
00:44:32Thanks for fixing the oven last night.
00:44:34Do you care to do the honors?
00:44:35Hands are dirty.
00:44:38Look, I...
00:44:39I know Dagger can be a bit much.
00:44:41I think he's about right for who he seems to be.
00:44:44What do you mean?
00:44:47Got a lot of respect for the guy.
00:44:50Has a confidence to put himself out there.
00:44:52You think he's a bozo?
00:44:55You said it, not me.
00:44:57He's not a bad guy.
00:44:58I never said he was.
00:45:01Dagger is a good person.
00:45:02He doesn't have a cruel bone in his body.
00:45:04Even if he did, he wouldn't know what to do with it.
00:45:06Because there's a lot of things that Dagger just doesn't know how to do,
00:45:09which is why he depends on me for a lot.
00:45:11And I...
00:45:12He's just using you to prop himself up and sell his books.
00:45:18When they're actually your books.
00:45:19They're your writing.
00:45:22Does he even know how to write?
00:45:26I have a lot of work to do.
00:45:28I'm gonna...
00:45:30Go write.
00:45:37Look, we just arrived! Hot off the press!
00:45:39Will you sign it for me?
00:45:42First, what is going on with all these boxes?
00:45:45Oh, um...
00:45:47Yeah, I got the letter that I was hoping not to get.
00:45:50I have to close before Christmas, unless some miracle happens.
00:45:53Wait, like, close clothes?
00:45:55Permanently.
00:45:56Unfortunately, yeah.
00:45:58Not enough people in town.
00:46:02But, um...
00:46:03Good thing I have this reading material to get me through the winter.
00:46:12Dagger Phillips is in my cafe.
00:46:17It is an honor to meet you.
00:46:18Hello, miss. I'll have a wheatgrass shot.
00:46:22Dagger, this is my friend Coco.
00:46:25I am the owner and proprietor of this establishment.
00:46:29Unfortunately, I don't have wheatgrass.
00:46:31But I would do anything for you.
00:46:32I would get you anything else that you want off the menu.
00:46:36Girl boss, I will take a Blue Blast smoothie.
00:46:41Great choice.
00:46:49Yeah, that guy again.
00:46:51Who's the letter?
00:46:52You have met the one and only Dagger Phillips?
00:46:54Yes, I've had an absolute pleasure to call her the letter.
00:46:56It's in the back.
00:46:57Here.
00:46:59You would not believe the character study I have been on since I last saw you.
00:47:04It would appear that in a small, rural town, everyone walks everywhere.
00:47:08And not only wave to each other, but interact in a way that suggests a familiarity.
00:47:15Almost like they have a shared history.
00:47:18Yeah, Dagger, that would be fairly common in a small town.
00:47:23Fascinating.
00:47:27Ring, ring.
00:47:28Ring.
00:47:29Oh, it's time.
00:47:30And it's for you.
00:47:31It's ticking.
00:47:32Look, I'm trying.
00:47:33I am.
00:47:34I just...
00:47:35I'm trying to strike a work-life balance.
00:47:38My work is my life.
00:47:40Okay, this town is not good for you.
00:47:43Come back to Los Angeles with me and do the book signing.
00:47:45You're so good at the Q&As.
00:47:48Because I know the story.
00:47:50Inside and out.
00:47:51Yeah, and you make me feel good in my world of words.
00:47:55Here you go.
00:47:58Beautiful.
00:48:05I am your biggest fan.
00:48:07Would you sign my book?
00:48:09Of course.
00:48:10Of course.
00:48:13To my biggest fan.
00:48:18How do you spell that name again?
00:48:20C-O.
00:48:21C-O.
00:48:23Like the beverage.
00:48:24I'll be fitting.
00:48:25Can I ask you a personal question?
00:48:28Are you named after the knife?
00:48:32Oh.
00:48:33Oh, that's a new one.
00:48:35You are a unique soul, you know that?
00:48:39No one's ever asked me that question before.
00:48:42Well, my father's name is Dirk, which is a type of dagger.
00:48:46And he wanted to name me after himself.
00:48:48So, my real name is Dirk Jr.
00:48:52What?
00:48:54I'm sorry.
00:48:55You go by a fake name?
00:48:57It's not fake.
00:48:58It's a stage name.
00:49:00Because nobody would read a book by someone named Dirk Jr.
00:49:03And take it seriously.
00:49:05Here you are.
00:49:07Coconut.
00:49:09Isabel?
00:49:10Am I gonna have to take a hit and go back to L.A. all on my own?
00:49:13Dirk, I...
00:49:16Fine.
00:49:18I do not understand your process.
00:49:21But I respect it.
00:49:26Coconut?
00:49:28Be well.
00:49:31May I shake your hand?
00:49:33Mmm.
00:49:38Strong shake.
00:49:41Isabel?
00:49:43Yeah.
00:49:47Well, that was...
00:49:49fascinating to observe.
00:49:51I have five days to finish this book.
00:49:54Maybe that's not your story.
00:50:03I've never heard of it all.
00:50:04Oh, dear.
00:50:06Definitely.
00:50:07But...
00:50:09I have to look for this.
00:50:11Well, that was...
00:50:12I'm not...
00:50:15that was wrong.
00:50:17No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:50:20You're right.
00:50:22You're right.
00:50:24How to do something?
00:50:26Yes, no, no, no, no.
00:50:28I'm not sure what I'm today.
00:50:31Let her know that.
00:50:32A blanket of white covers and cozies the ground
00:50:41Oh, Merry Christmas!
00:50:45Merry Christmas!
00:50:47Merry Christmas!
00:50:49Merry Christmas!
00:50:51I swam from my state leaders who was the best.
00:50:54It's usually the time that my spirits run.
00:50:58I'm still wrapping goodbyes.
00:51:02Oh, Merry Christmas!
00:51:05Give me your hand.
00:51:15Hi.
00:51:25Um, I can go.
00:51:28I found this old manual in the engine room, but it's so old I can't really read it.
00:51:32But if I can just find a way to replace the blast pipe, fix the brake shoe, get the boiler to cooperate, then I can fix the dang train, can revive the festival, and bring people back to this town.
00:51:43I mean, that sounds totally doable.
00:51:50This train is the only thing that's feeling remotely inspiring right now.
00:51:55You know, my Grandpa Moore used to be writing all the time.
00:51:59He would write scripts and poems and stories, journals, everything.
00:52:04Come from a family of storytellers.
00:52:07Maybe we can revive the festival.
00:52:09I can see it now. The Spirit Conductor is back!
00:52:13Okay, this is the most excited I've seen you all week.
00:52:18Alright, let's see.
00:52:21Finish up, okay?
00:52:24Okay, I should break up the rust.
00:52:27Okay, what's next?
00:52:28Don't you have a book to finish?
00:52:30Yes.
00:52:32I don't know why this one has been so difficult to finish.
00:52:35Okay, well, what's different about this one?
00:52:38I don't know. It just doesn't feel like me.
00:52:41Maybe you've changed.
00:52:43It just seems like you carry a lot of weight on your shoulders.
00:52:47And more than you should.
00:52:49You are always doing things for other people.
00:52:51That's why I know what I'm talking about.
00:52:53What do you do for you?
00:52:55It's your time. Choose how to spend it.
00:53:21You remember the Spirit Conductor.
00:53:35Hello?
00:53:36Hey, Isabel.
00:53:37Would you like to join Dane and me for dinner at Frank's restaurant tonight?
00:53:40We're about to leave.
00:53:41Yes. That sounds great. I'll be right there.
00:53:44Great. See you soon. Bye.
00:53:51So I was looking through Uncle Sterling's bookshelf and I found this old photo album.
00:53:56It has all these pictures from the festival when I was a kid.
00:53:59That is so special.
00:54:00And I was trying to remember how that poem went.
00:54:03Yeah, I remember how it started.
00:54:05Twas the trip before Christmas went all through the caboose.
00:54:09Not a creature was stirring, not even a moose.
00:54:11Oh, and the stockings were all hung by the furnace with care.
00:54:14All in hopes that the Spirit Conductor would be there.
00:54:17And the children were settled all snug in their seats as pieces of coal rolled by their feet.
00:54:22And the coal man with his kerchief and I in my hat were all settled in and we took off just like that.
00:54:27Wait, and that was my cue to get up with the bells?
00:54:30Oh, I remember bells.
00:54:32Don't you dare!
00:54:36That did not sound good.
00:54:40Mr. Woods, how fortunate to see you this evening.
00:54:43It's good to see you.
00:54:44Coco Bean, how are you?
00:54:45Have you met Isabel?
00:54:46Hello.
00:54:47Wait, Frank as in THE Frank?
00:54:50You may have heard of Crash.
00:54:51We definitely did.
00:54:54The shelf that supports my pots and pans went kablooey.
00:54:57Got a minute?
00:54:58Um, I don't have my tools with me.
00:55:00Well, I have the usual suspects.
00:55:02Pliers, wrench, Phillips head screwdriver.
00:55:04What do you say?
00:55:05All right, you had me at wrench.
00:55:07Excuse me, ladies.
00:55:08Oh my goodness, it was so exciting having Dagger in town.
00:55:14It's so sweet that he came all the way out here to see you.
00:55:17It was definitely a surprise.
00:55:19Yeah, some men will do that.
00:55:21Not my brother.
00:55:22He's Mr. Predictable.
00:55:23He's always been like that?
00:55:25Yeah, pretty much.
00:55:27He never takes credit, even when he deserves it.
00:55:29Oh, handy and humble.
00:55:31Yeah, I can always depend on him.
00:55:33But the ladies in town love that.
00:55:34Ladies?
00:55:35What ladies?
00:55:37Oh, come on.
00:55:38I'm sure there are plenty of ladies in town who have...
00:55:41leaky faucets.
00:55:43No.
00:55:44Oh, come on, he's never met anyone.
00:55:45No.
00:55:46I wish he would, though.
00:55:47He's a good guy.
00:55:48So, how did you and Dagger meet?
00:55:50Oh, um...
00:55:52I was at the bookstore and he was there actually doing some modeling.
00:55:55He used to model for the cover of other people's romance novels.
00:55:58Okay, um, why are you asking me that question?
00:56:01Oh, I love how couples get together.
00:56:03It's my favorite.
00:56:04Sometimes the stories are better than the books.
00:56:06Yeah, no, we are, um, definitely not.
00:56:08Dagger is not my boyfriend.
00:56:09He's not...
00:56:10Oh, I thought that...
00:56:12No.
00:56:13That makes sense, because he's not...
00:56:14No.
00:56:15He's not strictly professional.
00:56:17So, is there anybody you do like?
00:56:20Yeah, I like someone who's really, um...
00:56:23Sweet.
00:56:24Uh, something sweet.
00:56:26Something sweet would be really great.
00:56:27We should probably get dessert.
00:56:29Oh, they don't have dessert here.
00:56:30What?
00:56:31Why?
00:56:32I don't know.
00:56:33I guess small business, enough space or staff, I guess.
00:56:36Hmm.
00:56:37All good.
00:56:38Actually, um, I came out here tonight because I wanted to talk to you both about something.
00:56:44Something you said the other day really got me thinking.
00:56:47What'd I say?
00:56:48Uh, maybe I'm here to do something more than just write the next Dagger Phillips bestseller.
00:56:53Maybe I'm here to do something bigger.
00:56:56But I'm gonna need your help.
00:56:58Oh, I am in.
00:56:59Whatever it is, I am in.
00:57:00I resent.
00:57:02I was thinking that if we got the Spirit of Christmas train up and running again, we could revive the festival.
00:57:07Save your bakery.
00:57:09Yeah, the, uh, train will be hard.
00:57:12Um, but we can definitely get the show back running.
00:57:15Uh, we would just, we need a script.
00:57:18You could play the bell ringer again.
00:57:20Oh, come on.
00:57:21But we would definitely would need a new Spirit Conductor.
00:57:24Yes, we would.
00:57:26And, uh, he'd need to be tall.
00:57:28Yes, and good with his hands.
00:57:30To handle the props.
00:57:31He would ideally have seen the show before.
00:57:34Mm.
00:57:35Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
00:57:39Absolutely not.
00:57:45Um.
00:57:47It's wild.
00:57:49You guys, if we could start in the festival right now, we could really have a chance.
00:57:54Do you want to maybe brainstorm props?
00:57:56Like, right now?
00:57:58Uh-huh.
00:57:59Sure.
00:58:00I'm, I'm game if you're down.
00:58:02Yeah, let's do it.
00:58:03Yes!
00:58:04Oh, I forgot.
00:58:05I have to go bake those pinwheels with the, um, peppermint bark on them,
00:58:10because I forgot to leave the, did I leave the oven on?
00:58:13Bye!
00:58:16The bakery.
00:58:17The bakery's that way.
00:58:18I almost forgot.
00:58:28Oh!
00:58:43Aw.
00:58:44I love you, Dad. Signed Carol.
00:58:46My mom drew this.
00:58:48That is adorable.
00:58:54No.
00:58:55Grandpa's spirit conductor hat.
00:58:56Okay, this brings back memories.
00:58:58You gotta put it on.
00:59:01Yeah.
00:59:02See it.
00:59:05Looks better on you.
00:59:06Aw.
00:59:09Oh, gosh.
00:59:10I mean, we have to use this for the show.
00:59:12Yeah.
00:59:18You need a Christmas tree.
00:59:20Oh.
00:59:21Well, I was planning to go back to L.A.
00:59:24You know, spend Christmas with my mom.
00:59:26Of course.
00:59:27Of course.
00:59:38I'm just stumped after this line.
00:59:39Yeah, um, I don't really remember what comes after that.
00:59:43You know what?
00:59:44There might be a copy of the script up at the train station.
00:59:48Yeah, probably.
00:59:49Oh, you're so tired.
00:59:51We can do this tomorrow.
00:59:53Uh, no, no, no.
00:59:54I can rally.
00:59:55I can rally.
00:59:56You don't have to.
00:59:57Honestly, I have so much writing to do.
01:00:00Are you sure?
01:00:01Yeah.
01:00:02I promise.
01:00:03Yeah.
01:00:06Good night.
01:00:07Good night.
01:00:08I can't.
01:00:09Leaving.
01:00:10Okay.
01:00:11I can't.
01:00:14Leaving.
01:00:41Dane? Hi. I'm sorry if I woke you. I just... Can you meet me at the train station? I found something.
01:01:09Hi.
01:01:11I found this key.
01:01:24My bell!
01:01:27Wait, do you think that's the recording of the show?
01:01:29Um... Okay, there's the... The station has a sound system.
01:01:32Okay. Wait here, wait here, wait here.
01:01:36When out on the platform there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my stateroom to see...
01:01:42It works!
01:01:44Away to the boxcar I flew like a flash. Tore open the window and climbed up the hatch. The track was all covered with new followers.
01:01:56No, no, no. This is our one chance at reviving the festival. Without the right words we have nothing.
01:02:02No, no, no. We still have you.
01:02:04This is a piece of my family history and I broke it.
01:02:07Okay, well we'll rewrite it again.
01:02:09I can't just keep writing everything for everyone. I'm not even writing what I'm supposed to be writing here.
01:02:15Wait, what are you talking about?
01:02:17This was just a big distraction. I thought coming to Spirit Station would be inspiring, but... God, it's just a huge waste of time.
01:02:24But it's not though. We are so close.
01:02:26We are not close. You can't even fix the train.
01:02:35I should go.
01:02:36No. You stay here. I'll go. I don't belong here anymore.
01:02:54I turned my back on me too.
01:02:57I turned my back on me too.
01:02:59My time as the Spirit Conductor was special, and it all started with people coming together and telling their stories.
01:03:26Seeing all the smiling faces. All the joy. It's not just about Christmas. Though I do love this time of year.
01:03:34It's about knowing who you are and doing what you need to do to fulfill your destiny.
01:03:40Following your heart's true desire to create your own story.
01:03:49My own story.
01:03:51Gloria.
01:03:57Hey.
01:03:58Isabel, how's the writing going?
01:04:00Well, it's going. But I'm actually not here about that. I just got off the phone with Mom, and I was wondering if you might be able to help me with something.
01:04:09Hmm.
01:04:10Hmm.
01:04:16Hey, Coco.
01:04:17Morning.
01:04:19Um, how did it go with Dane last night? I didn't get to ask him. He didn't come in for his usual cup of coffee, so...
01:04:25Well, um, actually, I... we...
01:04:30Oh, your book. I'm two chapters in, and I am loving it. I can't wait to find out who the handsome wildlife photographer's secret is.
01:04:37It is a good one.
01:04:39I...
01:04:41You might not need to close up shop, after all. I have a favor to ask.
01:04:45What? Okay.
01:04:47We can still get this festival up and running, and when we do, maybe you could do a bake sale?
01:04:52You can make any...
01:04:53We're...
01:04:54I trust you. I'm gonna go find Dane.
01:04:57Actually, can I get that coffee? And, uh, maybe a cinnamon muffin?
01:05:13Ooh. I, uh, promise that I did not break this one.
01:05:18Some sustenance? It's your favorite. Cinnamon.
01:05:25Look, I'm...
01:05:28I'm really sorry about what I said yesterday.
01:05:32It wasn't you, or even the tape getting destroyed.
01:05:35I know that you've been working so hard on getting that train fixed.
01:05:39I'm so sorry.
01:05:40It's okay. I know how much fresher you've been, Andra, since you've been here. And you have every right to be upset.
01:05:48No, you have been nothing but kind and supportive of me at every turn.
01:05:52And you've inspired me to do more writing than I even came here to do.
01:05:59I'm gonna finish the script. Just like you said.
01:06:02If anyone can do it, it's you.
01:06:04Well, I'm gonna need some help.
01:06:07And I really want you to play the lead.
01:06:09There's no one else for the job.
01:06:12Oh, those are some big boots to fill.
01:06:13Although reviving the festival, that would do...
01:06:16I don't know, that would do a lot for the town.
01:06:19And for my sister.
01:06:25And then the tape just gave out right at the crescendo.
01:06:28Yes.
01:06:29Um, but with a look, I spotted him dancing on the shingles.
01:06:35In a moment, I knew that that must be Conductor Kringle.
01:06:38Yes, perfect.
01:06:40More rapid than sleigh bells, with ringing they came.
01:06:43He whistled and shouted and called them by name.
01:06:47Um, oh, I got it.
01:06:49And then in a twinkling, the air crisp and cool.
01:06:53The prancing and dancing of a man with his tools.
01:06:56Coming with a sound.
01:07:03Hey, what's wrong?
01:07:07I just don't know if the script alone is enough to bring people back to the town.
01:07:11If I can't fix the train...
01:07:17I didn't want to say anything, because I didn't want to get your hopes up.
01:07:20But...
01:07:22I called my mom.
01:07:24And she is working on getting us the parts we need for the train.
01:07:28Wait, what?
01:07:30Yeah.
01:07:32That's amazing, pal.
01:07:34I need to fix the train.
01:07:36I can't...
01:07:37I'll come with you.
01:07:38Okay.
01:07:43Got the rust off, so now I can finally fix the brace shoe.
01:07:46That's great.
01:07:47Okay, listen to this.
01:07:49Um, okay.
01:07:51He was dressed in fur, from his hat to his boots.
01:07:55And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
01:07:59I love it.
01:08:01You're on a roll.
01:08:03Hey, guys.
01:08:04I need you to be my taste testers.
01:08:05Oh!
01:08:09Oh, cocoa.
01:08:10That is so good.
01:08:12Okay.
01:08:13That's your best yet.
01:08:15I come bearing gifts of decor.
01:08:16This is everything I had left at the shop.
01:08:20I've been telling everyone around town about the festival.
01:08:21Thank you for doing all of this.
01:08:23Oh, it's not just me.
01:08:25Maury would be so proud.
01:08:29Decorate the walls and shelves.
01:08:32Spread the lawn to Santa's elves.
01:08:34Come on, come on, Christmas.
01:08:39Put a jingle in a bell.
01:08:41Bubble all the fun cocktails.
01:08:44Come on, come on, Christmas.
01:08:48Okay, so I finally fixed the gauge,
01:08:49but we still have so many other parts that are broken.
01:08:51Well, maybe the stuff my mom's bringing will help.
01:08:53You guys, this place is starting to look amazing.
01:08:55Yeah, Bells really pulled together last minute.
01:08:58We all did.
01:09:03Look where they're standing.
01:09:05What?
01:09:06The mistletoe.
01:09:07You guys!
01:09:08What?
01:09:09What?
01:09:11Oh.
01:09:13Oh.
01:09:14Yeah.
01:09:15I know what I have to do.
01:09:20Can you guys stay here and continue?
01:09:21I need to get back to the cabin.
01:09:23Sure thing.
01:09:26This is the story.
01:09:27I don't think she's coming back.
01:09:32That woman's on a mission.
01:09:42It's game time.
01:09:44I'm so glad you're here with me.
01:09:45I'm sorry.
01:09:46We know who slay is coming back to town.
01:09:48Anticipation has me feeling like a kid.
01:09:51December's got my number once again.

01:16:12It was my pleasure.
01:16:15Let's go.
01:16:19Christmas time is here
01:16:22All the joy that it brings me
01:16:26No one can deny
01:16:30That love is here
01:16:33One train, one station
01:16:38Dream the truth
01:16:41Christmas time is here
01:16:45All the love that it tells me
01:16:49No need to hide
01:16:53The Christmas spirit
01:16:55Look at all of this.
01:17:00It is amazing.
01:17:01It has been so fun.
01:17:02Thank you for including me.
01:17:03People are flooding into town.
01:17:06You certainly have been busy.
01:17:09Little miss, I'm gonna hibernate in the cabin.
01:17:11You're back!
01:17:12Carol told me you had the festival going on
01:17:20And I had to be here
01:17:21And I got the best gift
01:17:23That I've ever gotten at Christmas
01:17:24I won a trip on a worldwide cruise
01:17:28For a whole year
01:17:30What?
01:17:30That is amazing!
01:17:31Yeah?
01:17:32And that leads me to think
01:17:33You know, I'm gonna need
01:17:34A new caretaker for the cabin
01:17:36So if you know of anybody
01:17:38Who might be, uh, interested
01:17:40In sticking around
01:17:41Hold that thought
01:17:45Dagger Phillips
01:17:53What did you send to the publisher?
01:17:55A manuscript
01:17:56I got an email stating
01:17:58Written by Isabel Watson
01:18:00What?
01:18:01Who do you think you are?
01:18:03It's really good
01:18:03You should read it when it comes out
01:18:05Well, how am I supposed to?
01:18:07Read?
01:18:07I think you'll be able to figure it out
01:18:09He wasn't good with words
01:18:18But showed love through his work
01:18:20He was full from Coco's pastries
01:18:23And he turned with a smirk
01:18:25Laying his finger on the side of his nose
01:18:29Giving a nod
01:18:30Up the smoke chute he rose
01:18:32He sprang to the caboose
01:18:35As the train let out a whistle
01:18:37Moving along the tracks
01:18:39At the speed of a missile
01:18:40The spirit conductor exclaimed
01:18:42Ere he drove out of sight
01:18:44May the spirit Christmas train
01:18:46Be back tonight
01:18:47This is outstanding
01:19:01Thanks, Frank
01:19:03You know, I was thinking
01:19:04I don't have a dessert menu
01:19:06For my restaurant
01:19:07Are you willing to help me out with this?
01:19:09I don't have a lot of space
01:19:11But we gotta keep your bakery open
01:19:12Yeah, deal
01:19:14Oh, good
01:19:16Thank you
01:19:17All right

01:19:45Well, we don't usually call
01:19:47But the three of us here
01:19:48Are halfway through it
01:19:49And we're loving it so far
01:19:50It's one of the best we've ever read
01:19:52We're interested
01:19:53We will send you an offer
01:19:54Right after Christmas
01:19:55That is incredible

01:20:24It's snowing
01:20:28Uncle Sterling is, um
01:20:35Off on another cruise
01:20:37A whole year this time
01:20:38And he gave me the keys
01:20:42So
01:20:43Does that mean you're staying?
01:20:48You know, that cabin requires a lot of upkeep
01:20:50There's a lot of little things that need fixing
01:20:54Do you happen to know a handyman
01:20:57Who might be interested in the job?
01:21:01And in you?
01:21:01Yeah, I know, guy
01:21:06Yeah, I know, guy
01:21:06I won't be a big deal
01:21:08He's a big deal
01:21:10There's a lot of things that need to be
01:21:11In a long time
01:21:12No, I want to thank you
01:21:13I want to play
01:21:13I want to play
01:21:16I want to play
01:21:17I want to play

01:21:22Moments, the you thought love is flowing, smiles on everybody's face, the endless love and laughter, that's what my heart was after, can't help but jingle all the way, together for Christmas, feels so right, everyone I love is by my side.
01:21:52Together for Christmas, let the girls play, here's to be at home for the holidays.
01:22:04Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
01:22:14Whole houses decorated, got ginger cookies baking, lights are blinking on the tree.
01:22:26We're tangled in traditions
01:22:32Cinnamon, cocoa sippin'
01:22:35It's so good to be
01:22:39Together for Christmas
01:22:41Feels so right
01:22:45Everyone I love is by my side
