00:30Hi, everybody, and welcome to tonight's 2K Sports Network NHL broadcast.
00:36Live from American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, home of the Swarovs.
00:43And Dallas has the park defensive zone.

03:02Back on their heels is the only way to describe what's going on with this team.

03:08And if he doesn't make that save, they're down by two goals.

03:13And they didn't wait long to get this game tied up again.

03:21And you've only got a second when you're there to get that shot away.

03:28Although, with one-timers, there isn't a lot of picking out to do.

03:34I've heard a lot of great shooters say, you know, when I shoot the one-timer, I either go high or low.

11:10The stars are really doing a great job of putting themselves up on top and staying there tonight.
11:19They had a two-goal advantage, and they got that last goal.
11:22Now a three-goal lead for them, creating a very tough obstacle for the other guys to overcome.
11:27It's going to take some major effort to catch this team the way they're playing right now.

12:24A local in Toronto many years ago decided to give a brand new hat to a player of the Maple Leafs who might get three goals.

12:41The Stars have really come out here tonight with an offensive attitude.

18:32I'll tell you, Bob, he could not have flipped it any better if he was making those hot pancakes.

21:00But that's a tall feat to defeat when you're in the third period.
21:04If you're in the early second, well, that's a different story.
21:07But right now, here tonight, even with that goal, it's just not been their evening.
