USC Trojans wide receiver Makai Lemon, coach Lincoln Riley, and inside linebacker Eric Gentry discusses how the players were feeling against Iowa. Lemon talks about how they wanted to play their best and he feels they did that during the game.
00:06Mekhi, what do you think was the biggest bottom right now, Tom?
00:11What was sort of the vibe in there most of the players?
00:16Man, we just got to play our best.
00:18Like he said, go out there, put it all on the line.
00:21And that's what we did tonight.
00:23One more, one more.
00:24Mekhi has had a lot of big games already, but how big is he when you need him?
00:29Desperately, the offense is quite involved, but that he's able to do several big catches.
00:34Yeah, no, I mean, he's a fearless player.
00:38He always has been ever since I met him when he was a sophomore in high school.
00:41He's always had just that fearless quality to him, and that continues to show up to this day.
00:45And he's worked hard at his craft.
00:48And obviously, we all have a lot of confidence in him and our other weapons.
00:52And you've got to step up against a good defense like that, and you've got to go make some of those types of competitive plays.
00:57And obviously, you know, when anybody else is in the area, I mean, we feel like that's an advantage for us with him every time we step on the field.
01:05And as far as we've been to, you know, then, who you're vamos to get the best team to make some of those kinds of tricks.
01:10Why don't you think we're talking about our hobbies?
01:10It's helped me think there's a good decision being in to that field to be a good situation.
01:24And when we were talking about myなのでate, we took a lot of責任 as oh sort out, as well.
