00:07What he's going to be saying is that we believe that there are elements of that 28-point plan

00:12that are essential for a lasting peace, but there is some more additional work that is required on it.

00:19On what elements?

00:20I think you would have heard the Prime Minister yesterday, you know,

00:24talking about the need for Ukraine to have their own capacity to defend themselves

00:30in terms of whether there are any caps on the size of the military and the defence forces in Ukraine.

00:37I think that's something that the Prime Minister has said that, you know,

00:41Ukraine needs to be in a position, if we get to a ceasefire,

00:45where they can protect their civilians and secure the peace for the long term.
