00:00Well as I understand there will be subsequent meetings which will include
00:03President Zelensky, that's incredibly important. For me right from the beginning
00:07it's been an absolute priority that Ukraine is at the heart of any
00:10negotiations and we can't have an outcome where Putin is in any way seen to gain
00:15but I hope today there is progress and certainly you know all of us want to see peace.
00:19I think the key thing is that it's difficult to try and speculate what might happen
00:23we'll obviously hear hopefully later. We've had a number of these sorts of meetings
00:27and let's be honest the war has continued so it's a big question mark over to what extent we can
00:32we can trust the noises that we get from Putin certainly especially
00:36remembering he is the aggressor in this after all. So I wouldn't want to speculate
00:40but I think it's really important that the key principle in all of this
00:43is that we get a lasting peace if we get peace and that peace must be one where Ukraine feels secure.
