Say hello to Den 97, Farnham, as the sports bar and burger joint has opened in Brightwells Yard. The Farnham Herald chatted to manager Jack Peace about their arrival and what visitors can expect.

00:00Hello everyone, this is Jack, the general manager from Farnham, DEN 97.

00:05We are opening day today for our 97 free burgers and free beers.

00:10We are a social hub for the community, a place where you can come play games, hang out with your friends.

00:15We've got board games, lovely burgers, pizzas.

00:20Yeah, just a social hub for everyone to come and hang out with their friends.

00:23If you want to bring your families, corporate events and Christmas boxes.

00:26They're different areas I'm used to, I'm from the Wokenham area, so coming to Farnham is a bit of a different area.

00:34It's been lovely so far, met loads of nice people.

00:37And yeah, it's a great hospitality place around here, so lots of pubs, lots of people having a good time.

00:44So you're enjoying being in Brightwater?

00:45Very much so.

00:46It's a nice new area here, so it's a new development, so there's a lot of potential for the future.

00:51So, very excited to be here.
