00:00We use a selfie camera to measure your meditative states. We are able to measure
00:08key biomarkers with computer visions from your selfie camera. Sounds crazy but it
00:12helps doing a therapy called biofeedback and make that accessible instead of
00:18using those like clunky EEG headsets that you wear on your head. So we use
00:22that in order to reverse chronic conditions and prove symptoms like brain
00:26fog or inflammation. Why did you decide that this is something you wanted to
00:29build? Yeah well I was diagnosed with a chronic illness myself and on my journey
00:34to figure out how to treat I've seen a lot of doctors and a lot of specialists
00:38and no one could really help me out. My nervous system was dysregulated and
00:42medications are actually not effective for this so I tried biofeedback therapy
00:47myself and it was just not accessible. It was really expensive although super
00:52effective it was the first therapy that actually helped improve my symptoms so I
00:55was like how can we build a technology that can actually democratize itself
00:59and encapsulate all the benefits of biofeedback into a smartphone so that
01:03anyone can do it from anywhere. All right we have the headphones on we are
01:07ready to go and see how MioHealth works. Tell us what are we gonna do next?
01:10All right so here you have a grey ball. Your goal is to turn it blue by achieving a
01:15deep meditation state. It's going to be induced with a breathwork so you have to
01:19sync your breathwork cadence with the ball. And so as it turns blue it tells you that
01:25you're actually getting into a deep flow state. When it becomes white it's just
01:30like a gentle nudge to let you know to get back in focus. You'll have some a
01:34soundtrack and some guidance so that you can really get into focus and calm your
01:39nervous system. Here we can see that your stress levels were pretty low which is
01:43amazing because that's what we want. Your flow score was 26 which is a good sign
01:47that you're starting to shift your nervous system out of fight or flight to a state
01:52that's called homeostasis which is basically the the balance of their
01:55nervous system. And then we can look at your heart rate patterns which are
02:00indicative of the meditative states. And the AI coach takes this data and
02:06is able to analyze it to help you understand what's going on. So we have
02:10most of your time spent in zone 1. We really want you to be in zone 3 so the
02:14app is going to teach you actually how to do that. That's why Mio was built. It's
02:17really to help you learn how to do each zone 3 so that you can
02:21help your nervous system working more efficiently recovering from stressors
02:26and that's what helps reversing chronic symptoms like brain fog, inflammation and
02:31chronic pain. How many times per day per week do you recommend something like this?
02:35So research has shown that doing this for 10 minutes daily helps reversing
02:41chronic diseases like even autoimmune and heart diseases with a protocol of
